Hello, My name is Nguyen Thi Bich Tram. I’m a fourth-year student majoring in
Logistics at Mien Dong Innovative Technology University.
I have completed a 2 month intership in the documentation department, where I
gained experience in data entry, booking and checking export documents.
I’m responsible, careful and I’m willing to learn and improve myself. I hope to
have the opportunity to work and develop my skills in your company.

2. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
My strengths are that I am calm, proactive, careful, and responsible.
My weakness is that I used to be shy when speaking in public, but I have been
practicing and improving.
I can also be too careful sometimes, which take more time, so I am learning to
manage my time better and work more efficiently.

1, What do you know about PPC?
Production Planning and Control (PPC) involves creating production plans,
managing materials, scheduling tasks, and tracking order progress to ensure
products are delivered on time and efficiently.

Development staff:
A development staff develops product samples by receiving customer
requirements, coordinating colors, creating samples, monitoring progress and
solving technical issues to ensure the final product is completed properly.

I chose this company because of its professional environment and opportunities for
growth. I believe I can learn a lot and develop my skills here.

I want to apply for this Development Staff position because I am looking for a
professional working environment with opportunities for growth. I believe I can

If I were given an opportunity, I would learn quickly, work hard, take
responsibility, and continuously improve myself to make a significant contribution
to the company.
5, Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
I think I am a combination of both. I tend to be more introverted (independent)
because I am careful and prefer listening. However, I can also work well in a team
and communicate effectively with others when needed.
6, Can you describe a situation where you had to solve a problem or handle a
difficult task?
That’s a good question. During my internship, I had to handle export documents,
and sometimes there were mistakes in the information.
I carefully reviewed the documents, compared the data, and asked my supervisor
when I was not sure.
As a result, I was able to correct the errors and complete the task on time.
This experience helped me improve my attention to detail and problem-solving
skills.
7, Where do you see yourself in the next 3 to 5 years?
I see myself becoming a professional Development Staff with strong experience in
solving problems and handling tasks independently.
I also hope to improve my skills, gain more practical experience, and contribute
more value to the company.
