The diagram shows the process of how chocolate is produced depicts the production process of
chocolate. Overall, there are several stages in the process, starting from with growing cacao trees
and ending with making liquid chocolate.
First of all, we need cacao trees, which are grown in South America, Africa and Indonesia, are
needed. The ripe red pods are harvested, and the white cocoa beans inside them are extracted.
Following this, the beans are fermented in special containers for a few days. After the
fermentation process, the beans are spread in the sun to dry completely. Next, the dry beans are
put into large sacks. Then, these sacks are transported to the factory by train or lorry.
After that, the beans are taken to the factory where they are roasted at 350°C temperature.a
temperature of 350°C. Next, the roasted beans are crushed, and their outer shells are removed
carefully. Finally, the inner parts are pressed, and liquid chocolate is produced. This liquid can
be used to make delicious sweet chocolates.
