Car Rental Agreement

1. Rental Requirements

The Renter agrees to the following conditions:

• Provide a valid IC and driver’s license before the car is handed over.

• Pay the full rental amount or a non-refundable booking deposit of


RM50 to confirm the booking.

2. Fuel Policy

The Renter agrees to the following regarding the fuel:

• The car must be returned with the same or more fuel than when it was
rented.

• If the fuel level is lower, a Refueling Fee of RM15 will be charged, plus
the cost of refueling.

3. Return Policy

The Renter agrees to return the car at the agreed time:

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed for returns.

• After the grace period, a Late Fee of RM5 per additional 30 minutes
will be charged.

4. Payment Policy

The Renter agrees to the following:

• Full rental payment must be made before the car is handed over.

• Any remaining balance is due upon the car’s return.

5. Cancellation Policy

The Renter agrees to the following terms for cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the rental time will


receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the rental time will
forfeit the RM50 deposit.
6. Damage and Responsibility

The Renter is responsible for the following:

• Any damages to the vehicle during the rental period.

• The cost of repairs or replacements for damages caused by the Renter.

7. Emergency Contact

For any issues or emergencies during the rental period, the Renter should contact the Rental
Service at 011-23445603.

8. Acknowledgment

By renting the car, the Renter agrees to these terms and conditions as outlined in this
Agreement.
