1. EXT.

BACKYARD - MORNING

[yanyan, janjan, potpot are walking in, all looking tired and gutom.]

YANYAN

Gutom nako, pramis. Daw may ga concert na sa akun busong!

[they see potpot's chicken, luningning, pecking at the grass near their yard.]

JANJAN

Danay lang daw may na nasimhotan ako na tinola. Hmmmm Luningning?

POTPOT

(gasps)

Indi nyo tana pag turokon amo kara, akun tana ra, bukon ra dapli.

YANYAN

Potpot... Pinsara bla, tinola. Mainit, may sabaw, may papaya, may malunggay.

JANJAN

Kag sa kada higop kang sabaw si luningning ang bida!

POTPOT

(dramatic pause)

Sige... Pero akun ha ang atay!

2. EXT. PREPARATION MODE - MOMENTS LATER

[dramatic mission impossible-style music starts]

[yanyan and janjan start "gearing up":

-put slippers on their hand like gloves

-wear bandanas (improvised from sando or basahan)

-Do warm-up stretches and squats.

POTPOT

Target luningning, objective mahuli hindi masaktan, reward TINOLA!

YANYAN AND JANJAN

YES SIR!
3. [Link] CHASE - BACKYARD

[cue, epic/ funny music. Luningning runs wild. The boys slide, jump, run, and
almost catch her]

4. INT. KITCHEN - CONTINUOUS

[Montage Sizzling onion and ginger, papaya chopped, potpot blowing firewood,
everyone laughing]

YANYAN

Pot kung rapit na ma raha , buol kaw dayun humay sa balay nyo kay kulangon
ta gid.

POTPOT

Sure! Basta indi nyoko pag ubosan ha!

5. INT. THE BETRAYAL - KITCHEN - MOMENTS LATER

[potpot walks back carrying rice, smiling.]

POTPOT

Duropi rn pre! May humay nak-

[potpot stares into the kaldero, picks up the lone tanglad like a sad trophy]

POPOT

(Shouting, emotional)

Luningninggggggggggggggggggggggggg!

[yanyan and janjan, both busog, burping, lying like a king with tooth picks in
their mouth]
