Eligibility Criteria
1. HEC reserves the right to change or modify the nomination criteria. All admissions,
scholarship awards, selection decisions and financial responsibilities remain the sole
responsibility of the relevant authorities of the Kingdom of Morocco. HEC shall bear no
financial liability in connection with this program.
2. Applicants must possess a Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent
obtained in 2025 or 2026 with at least a “Fairly Good," “Good," or “Very Good"
academic standing, age limit for bachelors’ program is between 19 to 23 years.

3. All applicants are required to provide the valid HAT or USAT test score. Those
applicants who do not have the valid HAT/USAT test score. Nomination criteria are
based on USAT test score for Bachelors, and HAT test score for Masters/PhD
programs.

4. Eligible test results for Morocco Scholarship : Applicants who already have a valid
USAT and HAT test score (test taken on or after 11 June 2025 till 10 June 2026) will
be considered for the nomination process.

5. The upcoming test scheduled for 5 July 2026 is NOT APPLICABLE for this
scholarship.

Language Requirements

6. French is the primary language of instruction in most Moroccan higher education

institutions, particularly in scientific, technical, and economic disciplines. Students who
do not possess adequate French language proficiency may be required to undertake
preparatory language courses upon arrival in Morocco. Certain programmers, such as
Arabic Language and Islamic Studies, are taught in Arabic.

8. Non-criminal Record (Police Clearance Certificate) not older than six months before the
application deadline.
9. All applicants must submit medical certificate of satisfactory health condition. A written
certificate from a physician to prove that the applicant does not have the following
illnesses: AIDS, Hepatitis A, B, C or any other epidemic conditions.
10. In case of employment, No Objection Certificate (NOC) from applicant's employer will
be required.

AL Azhar University Scholarship, Egypt
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Al-Azhar undergraduate scholarship, you must meet the following
requirements:
 Religion: Applicants must be practicing Muslims.
 Age Limit: Generally, applicants must be between the ages of 12 and 25 at the time of
admission.
 Academic Background: Applicants must hold a high school diploma (such as Fsc, A-
Levels, or an equivalent) with a minimum of 60% marks. If your previous institute does
not grant an equal certificate, your degree must undergo an equivalency evaluation.
 Language Proficiency: For Arabic-medium and Islamic studies programs, strong
proficiency in the Arabic language is essential. Students who cannot speak Arabic may be
required to join an Al-Azhar Institute of Arabic for up to two years.
 Health & Background: You must be physically fit and free of any chronic or infectious
diseases. You must not have been previously expelled from an Egyptian scholarship.
Required Documents
All submitted papers must have an identical name matching your official documents. Any
documents not originally in Arabic, English, or French must be officially translated and
notarized.

school/intermediate studies.

ASEF Capacity Building Program (CHINA)
For Bachelor’s (BS) students, eligibility criteria for the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF)
capacity-building programs require that applicants:
 Citizenship: Be a citizen of eligible Asian or European ASEM partner countries
(including Pakistan).
 Age: Be between 18–30 years old.
 Leadership: Play a leading role in a youth organization, student union, or similar civic
association.
 Experience: Actively engage in relevant fields such as civil society, public policy, gender
equality, or sustainable development.
 Language: Possess excellent working proficiency in English.

SEOUL NATIONAL UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP (SOUTH KOREA)
Eligibility Criteria
 Citizenship: Both the student and both parents must not hold South Korean citizenship.
 Academics: Applicants must hold a high school diploma or be on track to graduate by
the beginning of the semester and have a strong academic record.
 Language: Proficiency in English or Korean is required.
 Health: Applicants must be in good physical and mental health.

 Field of Study: Science students fall into specialized "Natural Sciences" tracks (e.g., A,
B, or C) covering majors like Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Medicine.
 Language: While you do not need to speak Japanese fluently to apply, you must be
willing to learn, as the first year of the program is dedicated to intensive Japanese
language and preparatory training.

🎯 Core Eligibility Criteria

 Age Limit: Must be between 17 and 25 years old.

 Academic Record: Minimum (75….80) or equivalent grades in Matric/O-Level and
Fsc/A-Level (depending on the university).
 No Dual Nationality: For country-specific quotas (like HEC Pakistan), applicants must
hold a single nationality (Pakistani/AJK).
