➢ Pricing terms – Export Priority
• Above rates are in American dollars, Billing will be in Egyptian Pounds according to the official exchange rate defined by the
bank in invoice issuing date.
• Shipping rates are subject to a variable fuel surcharge according to global fuel index, [Link] Fuel webpage will be
refreshed accordingly.
• Add 10% Postal Agency Fees for shipments up to 50 kg.
• Add 14% VAT to the above-mentioned rates.
• Aramex will calculate shipping rates based on the higher weight of shipment Gross weight or Volumetric weight (L x W x H /
5,000). The weight of any single piece should not exceed 30 Kg and 110x85x85 centimeters in dimension.

➢ Standard Service Conditions
• This rate card is valid only until December 31 of the year the Rates are quoted. The Rates are subject to a General Price Increase
(GPI) effective January 1st of each year.
• This rate card is based on the customer volumes and profiles that have been provided by the Customer. In the event of a
shortfall on the projected volumes or a substantial change in the weight or destinations, Aramex has the right to revise the
Rates at any time upon prior written notice to the Customer.
• All services, surcharges, and rates for specific lanes or destinations not quoted in this Service Agreement, will be priced as per
Aramex standard rates.
• The Rates are only offered to contracting parties and cannot be extended to third parties.
• Aramex liability for any lost or damaged Shipment shall be up to one hundred United States Dollars (USD 100) for each lost or
damaged international Shipment.
• Shield Service is a value-added service in which Aramex's liability for any loss or damage is USD 100
through Shield its extended up to USD 10,000 for non-document goods, and USD 300 for document
shipments in case of loss or damage, for Shield Agreement please ask Aramex representative.
