Undertaking by the Applicant

i. I understand that my admission is based on my Grade XI BISE results or incomplete A-Level results. The university will
cancel my admission if I fail any subjects in Grade XII BISE or do not pass at least three A-Level subjects.
ii. In case I am granted admission, I HIFSA BIBI solemnly declare that I shall not take part in a political activity of any kind.
iii. I shall not keep in my possession weapons of any kind (whether licensed or unlicensed).
iv. I affirm that I am not enrolled / registered in any university or institution parallel to my admission at GCU, which could
create clash/ conflict of classes/ session/ timetable. I also affirm that I will not take admission in any institution which could
conflict with my current degree/ session. If my declaration is proved false at any stage,myadmissionmay be cancelled
forthwith and all the dues paid by me be forfeited.
v. I affirm that I have neither been expelled / rusticated by any institution at any time, nor any disciplinary action has ever
been taken against me.
vi. I affirm that if at any stage the documents submitted by me are proven forged, fake, misstated or erroneous which may
affect my merit, I shall be fully responsible and that the University shall be authorized to cancel myadmission and take the
legal action against me.
vii. I undertake not to join or support any students' union or group or political organization during my stay in the University. If I
do so, University shall be authorized to cancel my admission.
viii. I undertake, that in case I do not qualify the entry test or interview (whichever is applicable for short-listing), I will lose my
right to admission.

In case my son/ daughter/ ward is granted admission in GC University Lahore, I undertake that (i) I shall be responsible for the payment
of University fee and other dues, (ii) I shall also be responsible for making up any loss/ damage caused by my son/ daughter/ ward to
the University building or equipment during the course of his/her stay in the University, (iii) if, during the course of studies, my son/
daughter/ ward takes part in any political activity or becomes a member of any political or student's organization, I shall be personally
responsible for it, and the Vice Chancellor shall be authorized to expel him/her from the University (iv) I understand that the Vice
Chancellor can debar a student from appearing in the University Examinations on account of non-fulfillment of the minimum attendance
requirement, which is 80% for BS / BSCS (Hons) in each course (v) I understand that the Vice Chancellor is authorized to expel a student
from the University as a punishment for the infringement of University Rules and Regulations (vi) I shall be responsible if the documents
submitted by my son/ daughter/ ward for admission are proved incorrect at any stage or found to be fake or misstated or erroneous
which may affect his/ her merit, the University will be authorized to cancel the admission and to take any disciplinary action against
him/her. I have read and understood all the requirements stated above and am going to sign this undertaking on my own accord,
without any influence or pressure.
