Intro
I’m Muhammad Adeel, a Python and AI engineer with experience in Django, FastAPI, REST
APIs, web scraping, and AI-based automation systems.
My core strength is building practical backend and AI workflows that solve real business
problems. Recently, I worked on AI agent systems, including voice agents, call analysis
pipelines, LLM integrations, RAG-style workflows, prompt optimization, structured outputs,
and automation flows using tools like OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, LangGraph, Redis,
RabbitMQ, Docker, and cloud-based services. I also worked on a client dashboard project
where I helped redesign a scattered MySQL database into a cleaner Supabase/PostgreSQL
structure and wrote migration and data backfill scripts from the old database and GHL.
I have also worked on full-stack projects using React and backend frameworks, so I
understand both the product side and the engineering side. I’m comfortable debugging
production issues, optimizing API flows, working with asynchronous tasks, and improving
system reliability.
For this AI Engineer role at Devsinc, I’m looking to work with a strong engineering team
where I can contribute to real AI products, improve my production-level AI engineering skills,
and grow into someone who can design and deliver reliable AI systems end to end.
Question 2: Why are you looking for a new role?
I’m looking for a new role because I want to work on more real-world AI products and grow
in a stronger engineering environment.
Most of my recent work has been related to AI agents, LLM integrations, automation
workflows, and backend systems. Now I want to take that experience further by working on
production-level AI systems with a team that has strong engineering practices.
For me, the goal is not just to use AI tools, but to become better at designing reliable AI
systems that solve real business problems.
Why do you want to join Devsinc?
I want to join Devsinc because of its scale, engineering culture, and exposure to real client
projects. A company operating at this level usually has strong delivery standards and
production-focused engineering practices.
For me, that environment is valuable because I want to work on real AI solutions that create
business value, not just experiments. I believe Devsinc is the right place where I can
contribute and grow as a production-level AI engineer.
Strengths:
My first strength is ownership with teamwork. When I receive a task, I try to understand the
expected outcome, clarify priorities, and take responsibility for moving it forward. At the
same time, I stay aligned with the team instead of working in isolation. For example, in a
client dashboard project, I helped redesign the database structure and wrote data backfill
scripts from MySQL and GHL, while also coordinating with the dashboard side to make sure
the new database structure supported the product requirements.
My second strength is coachability. I take feedback seriously and try to apply it quickly
instead of defending myself. This has helped me improve both technically and in
communication.
These strengths help me work better in real project environments where requirements are
not always perfect and teamwork is important.
What is your biggest weakness?
One weakness I’m working on is structured communication, especially when speaking in
English during professional discussions.
Sometimes I know the answer, but I give too much context instead of giving the direct
answer first. To improve this, I’m practicing a simple structure: direct answer, reason,
example, and conclusion.
I’ve already improved by keeping my answers shorter and focusing on the main point first.
