The Design Process

Designing is all about problem solving, it is about creating products that we use in everyday life, often without thinking about
them. As we go through our daily lives, everything we touch, wear or use was designed to be the way it is, it did not happen
by accident. Someone designed it to be the shape, size colour, that it is.

Design Task
This term you will be designing either a bookmark or a bag tag. In today’s lesson you will research
ideas and themes that you will be exploring when designing your product.
Your task is to design a bookmark or bag tag that reflects your interests and personality.
Use your design as an opportunity to showcase your interests and personality. You can choose to create something that you
will use yourself or give to someone else as a gift.

On your laptop research some themes can you think of that you might base this task on? EG – Online
or AI-generated - Movies, Music, Sports, Pets etc.
Find images online and paste them below as inspiration. NO SPORTS TEAMS OR ORGANISATION
LOGOS ALLOWED!
