1. The License shall be display at prominent and conspicuous place in part of the business premises open to the public
2. The holder of the license shall comply with the provision of the Seeds (Control) Order, 1983 and the notifications issued there under and for the
time being in force.
3. This license comes into force with immediate effect and shall be valid upto 02/06/2025 To Date 01/06/2030 unless previously cancelled or
suspended.
4. The holder of the license shall, from time to time , report to the licensing authority any change in the premises where he carries on his business of
Sale, Export, Import or Storage for his said purposes of seeds.
5. The Licensee shall give every facility to the licensing authority or any other Officer acting under his Authority for the purpose of inspecting his
stock in any shop, depot or godowns or other place /places used by him for the purpose of storage, sale or export of seeds.
6. The terms and Conditions specified in approval letter of the Genetical Engineering Approval Committee, if any shall apply.

9. License Holder producing seed should submit his source of Seed and Seed Production Plan to licensing authority every year in prescribed format.
10. The license holder should submit his supply plan, actual supply & sale information on timely basis.
