I WAKE UP AT 5:30AM I BRUSH MY TEETH
I TAKE A SHOWER I GET DRESSED
• I TAKE MY DOG TO THE
I MAKE MY BREAKFAST PARK
AFTER I RETURN TO MY HOUSE AND I GO TO THE
WORK IN MY SCOOTER
IN THIS PLACE I AM A MACHINE OPERATOR IN THE
LABORATORY I WORK UNTIL AT 1:00PM AND TAKE
MY LUNCH IN THAT HOUR AFTER I RETOUR TO MY
WORK UNTIL 4 O’CLOCK
I EAT MY SNACK I CHANGE MY CLOTHES AND FROM 6
TO 7PM AND I GO TO THE GYM AND I EXERCISE
I RETURN TO MY HOME AND I MAKE MY DINER
AND I GO TO SLEEP
