submission. The candidate is directed to report to the Principal/Officer-in-charge of the concerned Institute with the following Certificates/Documents for verification
and admission. The Candidate must report up to 19 Jul, 2025 06:00:00 PM to take admission in the Allotted branch of the concerned Institute, failing which this
Provisional Seat Allotment Letter will automatically stand cancelled.
Instructions for Recommended Candidate for Admission in the Institute

List of Certificates/Documents(original copies) required at the time of admission:-
a. Admit card of Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination - 2025 (If lost, then F.I.R. copy).
b. Admit Card, Marks-sheet and Passing Certificate of class 10th/Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination.
c. Local Resident Certificate issued by Circle Officer/Sub-Divisional Officer- Civil/Deputy Commissioner of the Jharkhand state.
d. Income & Assets Certificate issued by Circle Officer/Sub-Divisional Officer- Civil/Deputy Commissioner of the Jharkhand state (In case of EWS seat).
e. Income Certificate issued by Circle Officer/Sub-Divisional Officer- Civil/Deputy Commissioner of the Jharkhand state (In case of TFW seat).
f. Caste Certificate issued by Circle Officer/Sub-Divisional Officer- Civil/Deputy Commissioner of the Jharkhand state (In case of Category seat).
g. Disability Certificate issued by Chairman of the Medical Board & Countersigned by Medical Superintendent/Chief Medical Officer/Head of the Hospital of the
Jharkhand state (In case of DQ seat).
h. Dependency Certificate issued by competent Army Personnel for Serving Personnel/ Dependency Certificate issued by Zila Sainik Kalyan Board for
discharged Personnel/Discharge Book/Pension Book/Certificate as per their preference code (In case of SMQ seat).
i. School/College/Institute Leaving Certificate.
j. Medical fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
k. One set photocopies of all above concerned Certificates/Documents.
l. Six copies of recent coloured passport size photograph of the Candidate.
m. Anti-ragging Affidavit.
