Presentation Script (Easy to Explain)

"The main problem in our tree is persistent bullying in schools. The roots show the causes,
including weak awareness of bullying, outdated policies, unclear reporting systems, lack of
training for teachers and Child Protection Committees, limited resources, and weak parent-
school partnerships. These causes lead to serious effects shown in the branches, such as poor
academic performance, increased absenteeism, low self-confidence, mental health problems,
unsafe school environments, and a higher risk of dropping out. Therefore, addressing the root
causes is essential to reduce bullying and create a safer and more supportive learning
environment for all learners."
