A pleasant morning to our respected School Head, dedicated teachers, dear
parents and guests, and our wonderful learners.
Today, Bagumbayan Elementary School proudly joins the nation in
celebrating the 48th National Disability Rights Week.
This year’s theme,
“Rights First, Legislation Forward – Strategic Action for Equal
Participation and Inclusive Development,”
reminds us that every learner deserves equal opportunities, respect,
acceptance, and the chance to reach their full potential.
Let us celebrate diversity, recognize every person’s unique abilities, and
continue building a school where everyone belongs.
To formally begin our program, may I request everyone to please stand for
our opening prayer.
