Type 1: Solving Differential Equations using Laplace Transforms

Write Convolution theorem, use it to solve the differential equation y'' + 3y'
+ 2y = e^{-t}, given y(0)=0, y'(0)=-1.

Apply Laplace transform to solve the initial value problem y''' - 3y'' + 3y' - y
= t^2 e^t, given y(0)=1, y'(0)=0, y''(0)=0.

Using Laplace transforms, solve \frac{d^2y}{dt^2} + 25y = 10\cos 5t,


given y(0)=2, y'(0)=0.

Use Laplace transforms to solve the initial value problem y'' + 2y' + 5y =
1+t, given y(0)=4, y'(0)=-3.

Use the Laplace transforms to solve the initial value problem 12y'' - 24y' +
9y = 2t, given y(0)=0, y'(0)=3.

Using Convolution theorem, find L^{-1}\left\{\frac{1}{s^2(s-4)}\right\}.

Apply Convolution theorem to find L^{-1}\left\{\frac{s}{(s^2+1)(s-1)}\

Evaluate \int_{0}^{\infty} t e^{-t}\sin t \, dt using Laplace transform.

Find L\left\{\int_{0}^{t} u e^{-u}\sin 4u \, du\right\}.

Find the Laplace transform of f(t) = \frac{e^{2t}-e^{3t}}{t}.
