Dear Madam,

Thank you for ensuring regarding our salaries. We would like to share following issues for
your kind consideration:-

1. We did not get our salaries from 6 months, due to that we are unable to fulfill our
basic need and as well as not able to support our families.

2. Furthermore, an amount of KD 190.00 was deducted from BARATA Letter of PHC staff
which is not matching to our CSC and offer letters. The offer letter which we had
received in Pakistan was discussed with our families and based on that our families
allowed us to come to Kuwait.

3. We are BSCN Degree holders and having experience of critical areas. But
unfortunately, we are assigned in PSC as per your requirements, which is not
according to our experience and degrees.

4. In view of above, if our salaries will be deducted due to PSC, you are requested to
transfer us into Hospitals as per our experience and offer letters. Otherwise you are
humbly requested to revise our salaries as equal to hospital staff / salaries.

5. Beside that we are also facing transport issues. Our hostel is in Faheel which is very far
from our clinics and buses takes more than 01 Hour to reach in clinics and most of the
time we get late on our duties, which can cause a salary deduction. We request you to
transfer our accommodation near to our clinics so that we can reach on time and give
our best.

6. Due to long distance to our hostels and clinics, sometimes we cannot get our food on
time from our cafeteria, and also we don’t receive our salaries. We are not able to buy
our food and cook.

Kindly look into our above mentioned issues and solve. We would be thankful for your
support and cooperation.
