MANAGEMENT AND PERSONNEL FEASIBILITY
This chapter tackles about the overall organizational arrangement of the business.
The management aspect and the specific and precise identification of duties and
responsibilities as well as the flow of authority and man power requirement, this also
contains the qualification of the people involve in the formation of the business
organization and structure, this aims to provide an optimal effectiveness, to attain this
management must be able to plan all activities for the company to be adaptive and
competitive business and have the ability to go with modern technologies and have
financial capabilities.
Purpose and functions of the project
Master Tofu aims to satisfy the savory cravings of its costumer, to serve a good
customer service as like Master Tofu serve their cravings. Master Tofu will fill
customers satisfaction and connections in a sweet, salty, and spicy flavor of Tofu, this
also aims to make a profit to innovate the business, Master Tofu prioritized the
customers that they encounter and will serve them truthfully and responsively.
Form of Ownership
A sole proprietorship with just one owner and no legal separation between the
owner and the business is known as sole proprietorship. Profits belong to the owner, but
he or she carries all the liabilities and debts (Alexandra twin, 2024). It's a straightforward
business structure where one person is responsible for all aspects of the operation.

An individual or a proprietorship. Since there are no rules from the government, a
sole proprietorship is the easiest type of business to start and close operation (Alexandra
twin, 2024). A responsible for all aspects of the business, including any debts or legal
obligations. However, it also allows for quick and flexible decision-making, as there is no
need to consult with partners or shareholders.
Functions of Personnel
Master Tofu will be directly under supervise by the Owner, the function of
financial decision and management, marketing strategies as well as the administrative
will be handled by the Owner, the cash inflow and outflow are handled by the cashier and
also to manage front desk and take orders from the customers, the Master Tofu staff will
have one personnel that will be assign in the kitchen to cook and prepare the food to be
serve, the business will operate starting on Monday to Saturday at 11am to 10pm and
Sunday at 11am to 5pm.
The Owner of Master Tofu will need actively participate in the operation of the
business and to ensure that its operating properly, the business will have Two (2) active
employees to continue and operate the business, there will be Two functioning
workspace, financial management will be handled by the cashier, cooking process and the
inspection of foods and ingredients, customer serving and advertising of the business will
be handled by the staff, the overall operation (financial, marketing, decision making) will
be handled and manage by the Owner.

Job analysis
Job description usually shows the basis of job specification. It does not only show
the job title, but includes the duties, responsibilities, scope and working conditions of a
job along with the job’s title, and the name or designation of the person to whom the

employee characteristics and qualifications for satisfactory performance of defined duties

Job Description: The staff must be responsible for ingredients for the cooking and the
cleanliness of the utilities of the business. and responsible for inspections of foods quality
serving, cleaning, and hosting. It also required preparing meal. Communication skills and
a positive attitude is needed to assist customer and respond to their inquiries in a polite
voice and with good manner.
Responsibilities:
• Check quality of ingredients.
• Clean the utilities and kitchen before and after they used.
• Effectively handling issues with orders placed by customers.
• Maintain food safety.

• Knowledgeable in the kitchen

receipts. Attention to detail will guarantee that every transaction is correct, and your
upbeat personality will brighten the day of individuals to assist. The company consider
the contributions as an important component of the company's customer service
experience.
Responsibilities:
• Counting money, balancing cash drawers, and following financial management
protocols.
• Effective communication with coworkers and superiors is essential for ensuring
smooth operations.
• Ensure that transactions are accurately recorded and processed.
• Ringing up purchases, processing payments, and issuing change.

• Assisting clients with inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a pleasant shopping
experience.

Monthly salary of the employees and monthly contributions
Compensation rates are subject to the minimum wage law. Employees are
benefited for government benefits such as DOLE and SSS.

The compensation rate is under the minimum wage law employees are benefited
from the government such as DOLE and SSS
The monthly salary of the cashier is Php 13,000 the contribution from different
government organizations will be deducted, the total net pay for the cashier is Php 12,800
and for the staff it's monthly salaries is Php 13,000 the contribution from different
government organizations will be deducted, the total net pay for the staff is Php 12,800
The total monthly salaries of Master Tofu personnel will be Php 26,000 and the
total net pay for the Master Tofu personnel will be Php 25,600

Work performed beyond twelve hours an additional compensation equivalent to his
regular wage plus at least twenty-five percent (25%) thereof and on a holiday or rest day
will be paid an additional compensation equivalent to the rate of the first twelve hours on
a holiday or rest day plus at least thirty percent (30%) thereof. The hours of work,
compensation and benefits of personnel is covered by Book 3-Conditions of
Employment of DOLE.

Recruitment And Hiring Policies
Master Tofu believes to find a qualified person to fulfill a certain job position on
the business and to overall have a contribution to the success of the business, the
employees are expected to have a significant contribution to the Master Tofu operations,

By establishing a defined framework for conduct and expectations inside the

Employee disciplinary action policy
The purpose of employee disciplinary action policy is to correct, not to punish,
work related behavior. Each employee is expected to maintain standards of performance
for MASTER TOFU Food Stall and each employee.
