90-Day Python Coding Plan

This plan is designed to take you from beginner to confident Python programmer in 3 months. You
will code every day with a focus on practical projects and real-world skills.

Daily Structure (60–90 minutes)

1 15–20 min: Learn a concept


2 40–60 min: Code and practice
3 10 min: Review or improve previous code

Month 1: Foundations (Days 1–30)

1 Week 1: Variables, data types, print, input/output

2 Week 2: If statements, logic, comparisons

3 Week 3: Loops (for, while)

4 Week 4: Lists, dictionaries, strings

5 Projects: Quiz app, calculator, guessing game

Month 2: Intermediate Skills (Days 31–60)

1 Week 5: Functions and modular code

2 Week 6: File handling and error handling

3 Week 7: Object-Oriented Programming (classes, objects)

4 Week 8: Intro to data (NumPy, Pandas)

5 Projects: To-do app, notes app, student manager

Month 3: Real-World Projects (Days 61–90)

1 Week 9: Data visualization (Matplotlib)

2 Week 10: APIs and automation

3 Week 11: Final project planning

4 Week 12: Final project completion and GitHub upload

5 Projects: Budget tracker, data dashboard, chatbot

Weekly Challenge

Every 7th day, build a project without notes to test your understanding.
Outcome

By the end of 90 days, you will have multiple projects, a GitHub portfolio, and strong Python
fundamentals ready for data science or development roles.
