Topic: Passion or Pension: What matters more for your career?
As we have discussed passion and pension, now let’s move on to the most important question:
Which one should we choose?
In our opinion, the answer is not to choose only one, but to balance both passion and pension in
our career.
🔹 POINT 1 – WHY BALANCE IS IMPORTANT (FIX Ý PENSION)
To start with, I strongly believe that we should balance both passion and pension.
Passion helps us feel happy while pension helps us feel safe.
For example, if we only follow passion, we may not have stable income or savings for the future
or when we unhealthy
Besides if we focus on pension and long-term security, we may feel lose motivation over time.
🔹 POINT 2 – HOW TO BALANCE (CHỈNH SÂU HƠN “PENSION”)
Now let’s move on to the most important part: How can we actually balance passion and
pension?
Way 1 – Start with stability and future security
First, we can start with a stable job to support our basic needs.
This is because having stable money helps us worry less
and gives us time to follow our passion. For example, a person can work a full-time job from
morning to 5 p.m. to earn a stable income and build financial security
After work, in the evening, they can spend time on their passion, such as creating content o sosial
media, or learning new skills.
Way 2 – Connect passion with long-term career value
Second, we should choose a job that gives us stable income and long-term benefits.
For instance, someone who loves beauty can work as a makeup artist or in fashion design.
This allows them to follow their passion while still earning a stable income.
So, they can enjoy their passion and still have financial security for the future.
Way 3 – Think long-term and be flexible
Finally, we should always think about the future and be ready to adjust. The reason is that
our passion and financial needs can change over time.
For example, when we are young, we may focus more on passion, but later, we may need
to care more about savings and retirement.
So, flexibility helps us maintain balance throughout our life.
🔹 POINT 3 – CONCLUSION s
To sum up, I believe that neither passion nor pension is more important.
The key is to balance both, especially with a long-term view.
So, my final point is: We should follow our passion wisely, but always prepare for a
stable and secure future.
