1. Project Overview
Objective
Develop a Transport Management System (TMS) for Al Nur Transport to manage all daily
operations from one platform.
The system should replace manual coordination through WhatsApp, phone calls, and
spreadsheets by providing a centralized platform for bookings, drivers, vehicles, scheduling,
expenses, earnings, reporting, and customer management.
The platform will initially be used internally by Al Nur Transport but should be designed to
support multiple transport companies in the future (multi-tenant architecture).
