Role Overview
We are seeking high-performing professionals across multiple experience levels
(early-career to senior) to join our Project Execution team. This role sits at the core
of our expert network and market research delivery engine, ensuring seamless
execution of research projects from initiation through completion.
Depending on experience, you will support or manage end-to-end project
execution, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
This is an operations-focused role with no direct client management
responsibilities, emphasizing execution excellence, project coordination, and expert
engagement. You will also be encouraged to actively contribute feedback to
improve processes, tools, and overall team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
• Support or manage the end-to-end lifecycle of research projects—from
intake and expert identification to scheduling and final delivery
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-
quality execution
• Translate project briefs into structured workflows, timelines, and deliverables
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively escalate risks with
suggested solutions
Expert Sourcing & Engagement
• Identify and recruit relevant experts using internal databases and external
platforms
• Build and manage expert pipelines to ensure efficient fulfillment of project
needs
• Coordinate expert interactions, including calls, interviews, and surveys
Operations & Process Management
• Maintain accurate records across project management systems and internal
trackers
• Compile participation summaries, engagement logs, and delivery reports
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and internal compliance processes
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide structured, upward feedback to enhance workflows, tools, and
operational efficiency
Collaboration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research, quality, and administrative
teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent output
Requirements
Core Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Research, or a
related field
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work
Experience by Level
• Analyst (0–1 year): Strong academic background; internships or project
exposure preferred
• Sr. Analyst (1–3 years): Experience in research operations, project
coordination, or expert networks
• Associate (3+ years): Proven track record in managing complex projects
within expert network or research environments
Additional Skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Experience with project management tools
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in expert network firms or similar environments
• Exposure to primary research, consulting, or market research workflows
• Familiarity with CRM systems and talent sourcing platforms
• Advanced project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP) for
experienced candidates
• Demonstrated ability to suggest and improve operational processes
