Introduction

combination of secondary data analysis and primary data collection has been
used to gain a comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing industry
and the career opportunities available in the selected companies, Social Kiwi
and Wowsly.
The use of both methods ensures that the study is supported by theoretical
insights as well as practical exposure, thereby increasing the reliability and
validity of the findings.
Secondary data refers to data that has already been collected and published by
various sources. In this project, secondary data was used to analyze the
company profile, services, and available career opportunities.

Introduction
As part of the primary research, interviews were conducted with five
professionals working in Social Kiwi through WhatsApp video calls. The
objective of these interviews was to gain practical insights into job roles,
required skills, career growth, and current industry trends in the digital
marketing domain.

Management Executive, providing a comprehensive understanding of the
company’s operations and career opportunities.
