Fill Up the Online Enrollment Form
Students should now fill up the online enrollment form on iemcrp using this link:

A demo video for online enrollment form fill-up is available — please watch it before starting.
Common Problems and Their Solutions
1 Students have to fill up only those parts of the form which are marked compulsory.
2 Students must carefully fill in the correct e-mail ID and guardian's mobile number. Although not
marked compulsory, students must still fill up these parts.
3 The year of passing (exam) for Admission Test should be entered as 2026.
4 The photo must be a JPG file (colour photo, in college uniform) and must be less than 20KB. If a
student does not yet have their college uniform, they must take the photo wearing a white
shirt with a blue tie — the tie is compulsory in the photo. The file name of the photo should be
just a single letter (for example, just the letter “A”).
5 The form must be filled up from a laptop/desktop, not a mobile phone. (Incognito mode is
preferred.)
6 Clear cache/temporary files from Google Chrome and restart the system before filling up the form.
7 Enable pop-up opening in Google Chrome.
8 Check the Gmail spam folder if the mail is not received in the inbox.
9 If a JavaScript error appears, or Gmail shows “disabled”, while downloading the form from e-mail,
enable pop-ups in Google Chrome.
10 A payment option may appear on iemcrp after filling the online form there — ignore that; do not
pay anything from iemcrp.
11 If you get an error message “Unable to send mail,” wait a few hours and try again.
After filling up the online enrollment form, students must fill up this Google Form:

Payment of Registration Fee (Rs. 500/-)
The registration fee of Rs. 500/- is to be deposited through Demand Draft / NEFT / UPI payment, using
the following bank details:
• Name of the Bank: Indian Overseas Bank
• Branch: Sector-V
• Address of the Bank: GN-34/2 Salt Lake Electronics Complex, Sector-V, Kolkata – 700091
• Branch Code: 1642 | IFSC Code: IOBA0001642
• Party Name: University of Engineering & Management, Kolkata
• Account No.: 164201000001924
• Type of Account: Savings | MICR: 700200049
Students making payment through NEFT from a bank need to submit the money receipt along with a
photocopy of the receipt and the UTR number.
If payment fails, try again from a different account — payment can be made from anyone's account; just
ensure the payment receipt is submitted properly.
Students should not visit the Accounts Department to collect the payment receipt of Rs. 500 — any
bank/auto-generated online receipt will be enough. Exception: students paying through DD must visit the
Accounts Department.
After making the payment, students should fill up this Google Form:
