Development, maintenance, and implementation (Designated Authority )
- The Manager Director or his / her designee is the head of the Facilitation Committee at
the United Southern Utopia Airport and is responsible for the development,
maintenance, and implementation
B. Objective of United Southern Utopia Facilitation Program
- Ensure the implementation of the provisions of Annex 9 concerning border clearance
processes at the airport, as well as the planning and management of those processes
- Ensure the implementation of the Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs)
contained in Annex 9 — Facilitation
C. Organization and management of United Southern Utopia Facilitation
Program
- The National FAL Committee is established to implement and manage the provisions
of the NATFP in the United Southern Utopia. All organizations and personnel
involved in the aviation industry control processes must contribute to the program if it
is to be effective.

E. United Southern Utopia Facilitation Committee
- United Southern Utopia Facilitation Committee is established at the United Southern
Utopia Airport for the purpose of coordinating facilitation matters at the operational
level.
F. Terms of Reference
- To implement the Roberts International Airport Facilitation Program at the operational
level;
- To examine problems arising in connection with the clearance of aircraft, crew,
passengers, cargo, baggage, mail, and stores and , where possible, provide and effect
solutions to the problems which may arise at the RIA; and

- Membership of the National Air Transport Facilitation Committee shall be decided
upon by the President of Utopia
