1.

Please kindly introduce yourself

My name is Abimbola Olukunle Samuel. I recently graduated from the Federal

University of Technology, Akure, where I studied Urban and Regional Planning. I
have a strong interest in financial markets, especially forex trading, and I’ve been
trading consistently for over 6 years now. I’m disciplined, analytical, and a risk
manager, and I’m looking for an opportunity to contribute in a professional
trading environment.

2. What are your greatest strengths?

My greatest strengths are discipline, patience, and analytical thinking. Forex

trading requires emotional control and the ability to follow a plan, and I’ve
developed these qualities through my learning and practice. I also pay attention
to detail and always try to improve myself.

3. What is your greatest weakness?

One weakness I’ve noticed is that I can be overly critical of my performance when
I make mistakes. However, I’ve been working on this by focusing more on learning
from mistakes rather than dwelling on them, which has helped me improve
steadily.

4. Why do you want to work for this company?

I want to work for this company because it provides a structured environment to
grow as a trader.

5. Why are you leaving your current job?

I’m currently self employed.

6. But don’t you think there will be a conflict of interest?

No, I don’t believe so. I understand the importance of professionalism and

confidentiality. I’m fully willing to follow the company’s policies and ensure that
all my activities align with its standards.

7. Why should we hire you?

You should hire me because I’m dedicated, experienced, and passionate about
forex trading. I bring discipline, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to
improving continuously and contributing to the company’s success.

8. Where do you see yourself in five years?

In five years, I see myself as a highly skilled and consistently profitable trader,
contributing significantly to the company and mentoring others as well.

9. Tell me about a time you faced a challenge or conflict

During my studies, I faced challenges managing multiple academic tasks and

deadlines at once. I handled it by prioritizing my tasks, creating a schedule, and
staying disciplined. This helped me meet my deadlines and improve my time
management skills.

10. What are your salary expectations?

Around 500-600k

11. What if the company's budget isn't up to that?

I’m open to negotiations and willing to consider the company’s budget.

12. We have standards… what is your opinion?

I think having clear standards is very important because it ensures discipline,

consistency, and professionalism. I’m fully willing to learn and adhere to those
standards.

13. How would you describe yourself in three words?

Disciplined, analytical, and adaptable.
