Networking in the professional context goes beyond mere socializing; it involves establishing and
nurturing strategic relationships that are mutually beneficial. Through networking , individual can change
ideas, gain industry insights, access new opportunities, and build a support system of professional
contacts.
KEY ASPECTS OF EFFECTIVE NETWORKING
1. Strategic Relationship Building: Successful networking is about quality over
quantity.
Focusing on building meaningful relationships with individuals whose interests align
with your professional goals is more valuable than having a vast number of superficial
contacts.
