to act on my behalf before the Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark in
Accra in relation to my visa application. For this purpose, I authorize him
to submit my passport to the Embassy, present any supporting documents
related to my visa application, complete all administrative formalities
necessary for the issuance and affixing of my visa, receive and provide
information relating to this procedure on my behalf.
This authorization is granted solely for the purpose of completing the visa
formalities concerning my travel to the Kingdom of Denmark.
