If the customer says "Yes, I am the concerned person", don't jump directly into the offer. First
build interest and understand their current situation.

Agent : Great, thank you for confirming. The reason for my call is that we are currently helping
businesses upgrade their internet services and get better value from their monthly telecom
expenses. I just wanted to understand your current setup and see if we have a suitable option for
your business.

May I ask which internet provider you are currently using?

CM ANS: I am using etisalat

Agent: Okay sir, How much you are paying right now?

CM: I am paying 400,500,800,1000, or 200 etc.

AGENT: How many employees or devices are connected to your internet? Do you use CCTV cameras,
POS machines, or VoIP calls?

CM: YES

AGENT: Are you satisfied with your current speed and internet landline services?

(This is actually the most important moment in the sales call. Don't argue or try to convince them
immediately. Instead, ask questions that make them think.)
