Purpose and Scope of the Code

This Code of Integrity applies to :

All employees

Managers and executives

Interns and temporary staff

Objectives :

Promote ethical behavior

Prevent corruption and fraud

Ensure transparency in decision-making

Protect employees and organizational resources

3. Core Ethical Principles

The organization is guided by the following principles :

a. Integrity

Employees must act honestly and avoid any form of corruption or


dishonest behavior.

b. Transparency

All decisions, especially financial and procurement-related, must be open


and justifiable.

c. AccountabilityEmployees are responsible for their actions and must


be ready to justify decisions.

e. All stakeholders must be treated equally, in line with Cameroon labor
standards.

g. To encourage ethical reporting, the company establishes a safe and
confidential system.
