The Customer Onboarding Form (COF) is used to collect key information that will be required to begin provisioning of systems and access
to the systems running in the private cloud. Any delay in the delivery of this information represents an impact in the delivery of the
systems.
Required information:
• System parameters – SIDs, Clients, Languages, Time Zone, etc. used to provision the system(s);
• Planned downtime windows – monthly 4-hour window where planned maintenance activities are performed;
• SAP Best Practices (BP) activation, if selected the BP Questionnaire needs to be completed within 5 days of contract signature;
• Private IP Addresses Ranges – used to provision the servers and systems just as they would in customer’s data center;
• Parameters for selected connectivity option(s) – Required to configure the connectivity (e.g. VPN, MPLS, ExpressRoute, etc.) between the customer’s DC and

• DNS Information (Primary/Secondary IP Addresses) – DNS is set up as an extension of the customer’s corporate DNS domain;
