have been an English medium student since the beginning of my
education. However, teaching in my present school is conducted mainly in
Hindi medium, due to which I am facing difficulty understanding the
lessons.

Therefore, I have voluntarily decided to appear in English medium for all


academic components, including Unit Tests, Mid-Term Tests, Viva,
Presentations, and Final Examinations.

I understand that the school and its teachers are not bound to teach me in
English or provide any additional academic support in English. I also accept
that my academic performance and examination results shall be entirely my
own responsibility.

I am submitting this declaration voluntarily, without any pressure or


coercion, and I kindly request the school to permit me to write all my
academic assessments and examinations in English medium.
