Complete Hair Routine Guide (Start Sunday)
Hair Type: Hair fall, slow growth, oily scalp & dry ends
DIY Hair Oil Mix (Use This Exact Ratio)
1 Coconut oil – 2 tablespoons
2 Almond oil – 1 tablespoon
3 Castor oil – ½ tablespoon
4 Optional: 5 drops rosemary OR tea tree essential oil
Why this works: Coconut and almond nourish dry ends without heaviness. A small amount of
castor oil boosts growth without clogging an oily scalp.
How Much Oil to Use

2 Lengths & ends: Apply generously from mid-lengths to ends
3 Leave on for 30–60 minutes only (no overnight oiling)
