in the Division using the responses of the learners in the
Learner Enrollment and Survey Form (LESF).

ACTIVITY 2 Accomplish the following in LAC Session 4.
1. Discuss the results of the Decision Tree activity. Personal
reflections.
According to the DOH, IATF and LGU it is not yet
safe for the learners to have F2F classes in school thus
parents are afraid to allow it. Because of this, most
parents/guardians deem it necessary to use the Printed
Modular Distance Learning. However, not all parent or
any household member are willing and able to become an
authorized Home Schooling Learning Facilitator due to
lack of expertise or knowledge on the lessons to be given
to their children.

determine whether they are equipped for the learning
modality they have chosen.

The school will continue to prepare the SLMs of the students
and see to it that the learners will undergone psychosocial
orientation.

The school administration together with the teachers are
responsible in ensuring the readiness level of the school.

Religiously recording the progress will help us to
monitor the level of readiness.
c. How will you ensure that problems encountered in preparing for
readiness are solved in a timely way?
d. What will happen if you are already nearing the opening of classes
and you are still not 100% ready to implement an LDM? Will you
stop implementing that modality until you are ready? Will you
stagger the roll-out of that modality? What will happen to the
students and teachers affected? What actions will you take to
hasten your preparation for full readiness?
We will make sure that our school is 100% ready to
implement the Printed Modular Distance Learning which
majority of the parents have chosen for their children. To
attain such readiness, 100% of the teachers have
undergone orientation about the MDL policies and
directions. Almost the parents were also oriented during
the Parents ‘orientation per year level. The parents then
oriented their children.
Our school also have complete and appropriate MDL
for Quarter 1. We are continuously printing the Quarter 1
modules and aim to have all modules printed before
October 5 this year. However, only about 40% of the
learners have returned issued books which are meant to
be supplementary materials for MDL.
