taken for our records. Due to current legislation, we are unable to accept scanned or emailed
copies of identification documents.
Please ensure that all information provided in this application is accurate and truthful to the best
of your knowledge. Any false or misleading information may result in your application being
declined by the referencing company even after the landlord has accepted your application.
If your application is accepted, you will be contacted with details on how to pay the holding
deposit. Once the holding deposit has been received and we have your ID, the property will be
removed from the market and the referencing process for all applicants will begin.
