Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee project execution from initiation
to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring
timely delivery of projects within budget, and maintaining strong client relationships while driving
quality service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
• Create network diagrams illustrating project deliverables and completion sequences
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
2. Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project status
• Coordinate with clients to understand and factor in their expectations and needs
• Solicit client feedback and manage changing expectations effectively
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management
3. Team Leadership & Coordination:
• Assign tasks and communicate expected deliverables clearly to team members
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for resource allocation
• Facilitate and document project meetings, track action items and decisions
• Proactively identify and resolve team conflicts or roadblocks
4. Risk & Quality Management:
• Identify, analyze, and track project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Drive Quality Service Improvement initiatives across projects
• Ensure consistency through creating and enforcing standards and procedures
• Manage escalations and issue resolution effectively
5. Financial & Resource Management:
• Prepare and manage project budgets, reducing overruns and increasing profitability
• Monitor project expenses and conduct cost-reduction analysis
• Control financial aspects of project changes
• Create monthly progress reports on project performance and financials
6. Process Improvement:
• Review and update PMO (Project Management Office) processes and templates
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and file management
• Implement SLA/KPI measurement and reporting frameworks
• Manage implementations, migrations, and system upgrades
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in IT Project management
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and application support projects
• Experience with implementation, migration, and upgrade project
• Strong client relationship management abilities
