Ensure timely and appropriate generation,
collection, dissemination, storage, and ultimate
disposition of project information.
Communication takes at least 90% of a
Project Manager’s time! It consists of:

This process includes analyzing stakeholder
expectations and the impact these might have on
the project, and engaging and communicating with
stakeholders in decisions and the execution of tasks.
