1. Understood.
When applying credit, I want it to default to the
replacement quote; if there are multiple replacement quotes, I want the
user to be able to apply it to another quote. For example, if $99 is
collected on an auto, and a replacement quote is created for auto, and a
replacement quote is created for home (and no agency fee was initially
collected on the original home quote), then the user should be able to
apply that credit to either replacement quote - however, the system
defaults to showing the application of the credit to the replacement auto
quote. Is this possible?
2. Also, how can a user add a quote after quote check is approved? We
intentionally locked the quote section, but sometimes it’s possible that a
new quote was done after quote check is already complete/approved.
3.
Lastly, I saw this addition. This is fantastic, but just needs a couple
revisions which I will send to you soon.
4.
Also, the font size, color, style here is perfect (with the only exception
being that the header titles (e.g. Quote #, Premium, Term, Eff. Date, etc.)
can be slightly darker gray (like a charcoal gray). Aside from that, this is
perfect. Can we please match the Quote Summary on the Bind Process
and Quote Check exactly to this?
5.
Here are screenshots of the quote summary from the quote check and
bind process, you’ll notice they’re more bolded and overall not as “clean”
as the one on the Quote page. If we can match these to the Quote page -
they’ll be perfect.
6.I’m only referring to the styling of the font, I don’t want the quote
summary field added to those other objects.
7.
Regarding this page, I think the best way to handle the “Select a file”
auto-detection I was referencing in our meeting is to tag files with the
LOB. So on the files page, we currently have “Document Type”. We should
also have a tag for “LOB”. This way the system can match them correctly -
for example, for the Home line - it would look for documents that have
Document Type = Proposal, LOB = Home and show only those files. The
title should be changed to “Proposal Documents” because we will soon
apply it to “Send Proposal Update” where a signature is not required. This
way we can use the same modal for both scenarios.
8.
Although these are checkboxes, the system should be locked. Meaning no
one can check or uncheck the boxes (only the system). This is there
simply to show the user which quotes/policies require an agency fee.
9.
Post-Bind Requirements and T-Docs is still missing here
10. Regarding this image, Status still shows as sent without it ever being
sent. Something is happening where it changes it from “Send Payment
Link” to “Resend Payment Link” and shows Status field as “Sent” with
date sent, but it was never actually sent. I don’t know if this is happening
when “View Payment Link” is being clicked or something else is
happening.

This warning needs to read as Are you sure a replacement quote is
needed? Clicking “Yes” will permanently lock this quote and initiate a
replacement quote pathway process. This cannot be undone. The buttons
should be “Yes” and either: “No, Go Back” or if this can’t be done “Cancel”
12.
When I click “No” here, the system is still prompting a replacement
pathway warning message.
13.
This should not say this if “No” is selected, it should read as: Are you sure
you don’t need a replacement quote? This quote will be inactivated. This
cannot be undone.
