In the LED outdoor landscape lighting project, it is commonly used in the third-party

control equipment with RS232 interface, and conducts broadcast control operations such

as switching the animation segment and adjusting the lamp brightness of the LED control

system.

Therefore, in order to realize this function, the LED control system needs to add an

RS232-TCP converter between the third-party control device and the LED control system to

convert its protocol.

MR-R3TCP converter converts RS232 protocol instruction to TCP / IP protocol instruction,

supports animation segment selection, animation playback speed, overall brightness

adjustment and white balance adjustment of lamps.

MR-R3TCP converter supports remote control, simple operation, enhanced function

enhancement, flexible application, suitable for a variety of complex and changeable

application requirements.

Functional overview

1. The MR-R3TCP converter supports the standard RS232 general protocol;

The RS232 protocol instructions

Regarding the RS232 protocol instruction format of the MR-R3TCP converter, as follows:

1. command format

Command format: 9600-8-N-2

9600: represents 9600bps baud rate

8: Represents 8 bits

N: stands for no check

2: represents 2 stop bits

2. Agreement instruction

1. Select the program segments:

2. Set the playback speed:

05,10,15..., Recommended 25 or 30 best);

3. Adjust the brightness of the lamp

matters need attention

1. Super five types of twisted pair application points

568B: Orange, white, orange, green, white, blue, blue, white, green, brown, white and

brown

568A: Green, white, green, orange, white, blue, blue, orange, brown, white and brown

The controller, the offline main controller and the switch use cross network cable between

each other, which is 568B and the other end is 568A. Any of the above equipment and

computer network cable, that is, both ends are 568B or 568A, do not define the own direct

line order.

2. Application points of the controller grounding

MR-R3TCP converter adopts metal shell, and the rated power supply voltage is

AC100V-240V, so it is necessary to ensure the controller equipment and the metal box.
