YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s in Engineering in Electronics, ECE
Job Expectations:
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals in C/C++
Basic knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and real-time applications.
Strong learning mindset with an interest in embedded firmware development.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with RTOS concepts, or Embedded Linux is an added advantage.
Familiarity with digital electronics and communication protocols such as UART, SPI, and I2C.
Ability to analyse problems, debug issues, and develop practical solutions.
Exposure to New Technologies and its Evolution for embedded Computing (e.g. New processors,
SoC based design, Multi-core, Wireless, Security etc.)
Basic understanding to use hardware schematics.
Good understanding and analysis of end-to-end system
Understanding of fundamental electronics principles such as MOSFET, BJT, Op-Amp, Filters
Deep understanding of sensors and instrumentation
Knowledge of instrumentation / Isolation amplifiers, LDO, switching regulators / power supplier
Knowledge of fundamental and advanced sensing technologies, IoT solutions
Basic understanding of Wireless Technologies (RF) such as Bluetooth/BLE, LoRa, WiFi, LTE
Responsibilities include:
Support the design, development, and maintenance of embedded firmware,
device drivers, and hardware abstraction layers using C/C++.
Participate in hardware bring-up, firmware integration, and system validation
activities.
Debug and troubleshoot firmware issues using standard development and test
tools.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and documentation of test results.
Support implementation of communication interfaces and protocols such as
UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and Ethernet.
Analyse firmware performance, memory utilisation, and reliability.
Create and maintain technical documentation, design notes, and test reports.
Collaborate with hardware, systems, and verification teams to deliver high-
quality solutions.
Follow coding standards, software development processes, and quality
guidelines.
