Namaste ! Good morning everyone present over here respected
dignitaries, esteemed guests , faculty members, and our ssu students.
Today we gather to honor the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and
celebrate the spirit of independence that defines our nation . It is a
immense joy and a sense of profound gratitude that we ( l Garima
Rasali) and ( l biswajit Pradhan) are honoured to welcome you all to
celebrate India's 79 th independence day .

हर सुर में वीरों का बलिदान, हर स्वर में मातृभूमि का मान,
गूँज उठा भारत का गर्व, बहे वंदेमातरम् के गान।

Today, as we stand together- under this fluttering tricolour, our hearts swell with pride and
gratitude. On this 79th anniversary of India’s independence, we remember the countless
sacrifices of our freedom fighters, whose courage and determination gifted us the dawn of
liberty on 15th August 1947. Over these seventy-nine years, our nation has journeyed through
numerous trials and triumphs, growing stronger, wiser, and more united. This day is not just a
celebration of freedom, but a reminder of our responsibility to uphold the values of justice,
equality, and brotherhood. Let us pledge to keep the spirit of our great nation alive in every
thought, word, and action

As we hoist the tricolor and sing our national anthem, let's


remember the values of unity, diversity, and freedom that our
country was built upon. Let's take a moment to appreciate the
journey of our nation and the progress we've made so far. India is

unity among individuals who have certain differences among
them. Independence Day serves as a sombre reminder of our

and rekindle our sense of patriotism.

Firm in values, yet gentle in spirit, guiding us through every terrain of challenge

eagerly waiting for our flag hoisting ceremony . Our tricolor
honors those who have fought to protect it, and it is the reminder
of the sacrifice of our national heroes.
