Respected Ma’am,

I hope you are well. I would like to respec ully inform you that I was unable to a end school today,
Monday, 19 January 2026, due to an unexpected traffic situa on in my area.

There was severe traffic conges on in Swarn Jayan Nagar and Ranghat Road, where our school bus
remained stuck for nearly one hour. Even a er a emp ng to go on our own, we found that the
en re area was completely blocked due to heavy traffic, making it impossible to reach the school on
me.

Due to this unavoidable circumstance, I could not a end today’s classes. I sincerely request you to
kindly grant me leave for today. I assure you that I will complete all the missed work and submit it
promptly.
