Instructions for Interviewers & Respondents
• Purpose: This interview instrument is designed to assess key dimensions of Organizational
Behavior (OB) within your organization. It covers structure, culture, leadership, job satisfaction,
stress, teamwork, and more.
• Format: The document uses two types of questions: (A) Open-ended questions for qualitative
insights, and (B) Likert-scale rating items for quantitative data. Please answer both sections for each
topic.
• Time Required: Approximately 45–60 minutes for a complete interview session.
• Confidentiality: All responses are anonymous and confidential. No personal identifying information
will be disclosed in the final report.
• For Interviewers: Take notes in the answer boxes. Record exact quotes where possible, as they
add value to your report.
• For the Report: Use open-ended answers for qualitative analysis and Likert data for charts/graphs
