by shares incorporated under the relevant Companies Act, having incorporation no. C-100153,
and registered office at _________________________________________1, promise to pay to
the Agent for and on behalf of the Lenders or order, for value received the sum of Tk.
350,000,000.00 (Taka three hundred fifty million) only (including IDMP) approximately with the
applicable interest and all other applicable fees and other charges.
