A very good afternoon,
Distinguished keynote speakers,
Honorable panelists,
Respected education leaders,
Ladies and gentlemen,
It is a great pleasure to welcome you to the International Panel Discussion.
My name is (Moderator's Name), and I am honored to facilitate today's discussion.
Following the inspiring keynote presentations, we now enter the heart of our seminar—
an engaging dialogue among distinguished education leaders from Indonesia, Malaysia,
the Philippines, and India.
Our discussion today revolves around the theme:
"Cross-Cultural Understanding: Education and Teachers' Union,"
with the sub-theme:
"Teachers' Unions as Partners in Improving Educational Quality."
In today's rapidly changing world, teachers' organizations are no longer merely
professional associations. They have become strategic partners in shaping educational
policy, promoting teacher welfare, strengthening professional development, and building
international collaboration.
Today, we have the privilege of hearing different perspectives from countries with unique
educational systems, cultural backgrounds, and experiences. I hope this discussion will
inspire us to discover new ideas and meaningful collaborations that transcend national
boundaries.

It is my pleasure to introduce our distinguished panelists.
Our first panelist is Ms. Fransisca Susilawati from PGRI Indonesia.
She has extensive experience in educational development and teacher empowerment
through PGRI.

Our second panelist is Ms. Pansy Francis from KPSTA India.
We are delighted to have your valuable perspectives representing educators from India.

Our third panelist is Ms. Norzah Muhamad from the National Union of the
Teaching Profession (NUTP), Malaysia.

Our fourth panelist is Ms. Steph Andaya from the Alliance of Concerned Teachers
(ACT), Philippines.

After all presentations have concluded, we will continue with an interactive discussion
and a Question-and-Answer session with participants.
