FINDINGS
During the internship, I learned many things. One of the main things I came to know that how did a
fashion store, a fashion house, and a boutique work. In addition to, it is always important to maintain
a good relationship with customers as well as the staff. At the visual Display, the garment was
arranged according to the trends and sizes. They also sold kurtas, chudidar tops and women night
wears. The visual merchandising directly attracted the customers. The boutique must be kept in a
presentable manner. The store was designing the clothes based on the personalized interest of the
customer and the desired designs. The alteration was not basically done in that store. They worked
orders only of the material and fabrics for the stitching. They also stitched crop top, blouse and tops
and men’s shirt. They did it in a personalized workspace with exact measurements.

MEMORABLE

CONCLUSION

Throughout the internship, I gained a deeper understanding of store operations, customer service,
product placement, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

I learned how various departments—such as men's, women's, and kids' wear—are organized and
managed, and how crucial customer interaction and satisfaction are to a retail business. The training
sessions and day-to-day activities helped me understand the importance of teamwork,
communication, and the role of each staff member in maintaining smooth store operations.

The internship also improved my knowledge of different fabrics, garments, and fashion trends.
Observing the sales process, billing system, and how the store handles customer complaints and
inquiries through a clear escalation matrix gave me a holistic view of the fashion retail [Link]
internship was a valuable step toward my career in fashion and retail management. It helped bridge
the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, and I am grateful for the
guidance, support, and learning opportunities provided by the staff at Unlimited Fashion Store.
