Roles & Responsibility
1. Allocate work to colleagues/juniors and provide proper training to them.
2. Prepare and apply procedures/SOPs/formats for the store department.
3. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Logistic departments.
4. Plan proper storage for raw material according to material status (Under Test Area, Hold Area, and
Approved Area & Reject Area).
5. Ensure proper storage planning for raw materials based on material type (Catheter, Tubes, Drug,
Polymer, Chemical, Glassware, Consumables, etc.).
6. Prepare GRN (Goods Received Note) and inform QC and concerned departments about incoming
material.
7. Maintain the FIFO (First in First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) systems.
8. Identify and maintain the minimum and reorder levels for raw material and other consumable
items.
9. Monitor stock and fill purchase requisition forms for required material according to minimum stock
levels.
10. Manage monthly rejection entries from all departments and dispose of rejections.
11. Oversee the system for receiving products in the Quarantine store from the production
department and transferring material to the Finished Goods Store.
12. Ensure proper storage of Quarantine and Finished products according to product and size.
13. Issue finished products to the dispatch department according to market requirements (from
Logistic department).
14. Maintain the stock of finished products according to the requirements from the Logistic
department.
15. Handle product returns and recalls, ensuring proper documentation and storage of returned

16. Lead change control processes and ensure proper documentation and implementation.
17. Oversee the implementation of new initiatives related to the store department.
18. Implement and oversee CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) actions and ensure
documentation.
19. Address non-conformities raised during internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions
are taken.
