1. Project Initiation

The goal of the initiation stage is to define the project broadly and secure formal authorization to proceed.

• Project Charter: A brief formal document defining project scope, objectives, and participants.

• Stakeholder Identification: Determining everyone impacted by the project and charting their
expectations.

2. Project Planning

This phase maps out the operational roadmap for the project, establishing milestones, timelines, and budgets.

estimated and scheduled.

3. Project Execution & Monitoring

checks.

• Risk Management: Continually tracking potential bottlenecks and executing mitigation workflows.

4. Project Closure

Final release of project deliverables, post-mortem reviews, and handover of active systems to operations
teams.
