AFFIDAVIT

I, Bansi Lal S/o Mehant Singh R/o Chander Bhattan, Dessa Tehsil
Bhagwah District Doda, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That I along with my other family members presently resides at Chander Bhattan,
Dessa Tehsil Bhagwah District Doda which has been declared as Socially and
Educationally Backward Area under the SRO-126 Date 28-06-1994 amended by
SRO-294 Dated 21-10-2005 and also thereafter amended by SRO-528 Dated 23-
12-2013.
2. That my children have applied for RBA category certificate before the Tehsildar
Bhagwah and I have not constructed any house outside the said village or I have
not constructed any structure in Doda, Jammu or any other place instead of village
Dessa.

3. That I am continuously been residing in the said village for the last more than 71
years and have never migrated from said village to any other such a place of Non-
Backward Area for residing there permanently. The family of deponent consists of
07 members of which detail is given by the concerned Patwari in his report.

4. That I have no source of income and wife of the deponent is House wife and has no
means of income.

5. That I further affirm and declare that the averments made above are true and
correct based on the facts to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has
been concealed therein.
