I. INTRODUCTION
REX: A pleasant and blessed morning to each and every one of you! I warmly welcome you
all to this General
Orientation and Welcome Program for the School Year 2025-2026.
RHOXAN: Today’s General Orientation and Welcome Program is a special gathering to
help you feel right at home, whether you’re a returning student or a fresh face joining our
school community for the very first time. This day is not just about learning rules or
schedules- it’s about building connections, setting the tone for an empowering school year,
and discovering the people and opportunities that will shape your journey.
II. DOXOLOGY & NATIONAL ANTHEM
REX: To begin this gathering with reverence and gratitude, May I request everyone to
please rise of the Doxology and remain standing for the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem.
III. OPENING REMARKS
RHOXAN: Please be seated. To officially open this year’s orientation and welcome
program, we are honored to hear a few inspiring words from someone whose leadership
continues to guide and strengthen our institution. Ladies and gentlemen, let us all welcome
the esteemed Executive Vice President and SHS Principal, Dr Domingo S. Aranal. A warm

IV. INTERMISSION NUMBER
REX: Up next is a special intermission number brought to us by our talented 4th year
students. As they approach the final stretch of their college journey, they bring with them not
just experience, but heart, passion, and creativity.
RHOXAN: So, sit back, relax, and enjoy this amazing performance as we celebrate not just
entertainment—but excellence and dedication in action.

A message of inspiration and recognition from someone who leads with vision, dedication,
and a deep commitment to academic excellence. To deliver a special message and formally
introduce the esteemed faculty and staff who continuously guide, support, and shape our
students’ success, let us all welcome with a warm round of applause,
our beloved School President, Dr Nueva Era V. Aranal.

introducing the pillars of our institution—our dedicated faculty and staff.
RHOXAN: Now, let’s keep the momentum going with another lively intermission number
that’s sure to energize us all. Taking the stage next are our spirited and creative 3rd year
students. Let’s give them a big round of applause as they share with us their talent and
passion!

year students, everyone!
RHOXAN: Now, to continue this meaningful celebration, we will hear a special message
from one of the most hardworking and committed mentors in our Senior High School
Department. Let us welcome, Ms. Vanessa N. Vasquez. A round of applause, please.

RHOXAN: Thank you so much to our dear 2nd year students. And now, as we continue this
meaningful celebration, we will hear a special message from one of the respected members
of our academic community. To share his thoughts and inspiration, let us all welcome Mr.
Romer B. Vergara from the College Department.

Your words surely reminded us of the value of growth, discipline, and commitment in our
students’ journey.
RHOXAN: Now, let’s keep the excitement going as we bring you another intermission
number—this time, from our vibrant and talented Grade 12 students! Let’s give them a
warm round of applause as they take the stage!

REX: What a refreshing and energetic performance! Thank you, Grade 12 students, for that
delightful number. You definitely brought color and life to our program!
RHOXAN: At this point, we will be taking a short 20-minute break to give everyone a
chance to relax and refresh. Feel free to attend to your personal necessities, grab a quick bite
at the canteen, or get some water.
But before doing so, we kindly remind all new students, Grade 11, First Year College and
Transferees, to return here after the break for the Orientation on School Rules and
Regulations. This is an important part of your journey as a new member of Ave Maria
College community.
REX: And to our old students, you may now take your leave. Go home, get some rest, and
prepare yourselves for a brand new school year ahead. We hope this year brings you more
learning, more growth, and more unforgettable memories.”
PART II.
I. SCHOOL RULES & REGULATIONS
REX: Welcome back, everyone! We hope you had a refreshing break.
RHOXAN: We are now about to begin Part 2 of our program — a very important session
especially prepared for you, our new dear students. As you officially begin your journey here
at [School Name], it is essential that you become familiar with the school rules, policies, and
expectations that will guide you throughout your stay.
To walk us through this orientation and provide a deeper understanding of the standards we
uphold as an academic institution, we are honored to welcome once again, our School
President, Dr. Nueva Era Aranal.
