IGNITE 2026: THE STARTUP EVENT

TASK 2 : SPONSORSHIP & FINANCIAL PLAN

1. Target Sponsor Ecosystem


Sponsors are selected based on strategic alignment, ensuring they gain highly measurable returns on
their investment.

Tech Platforms (e.g., GitHub, AWS, Notion): Target audience is future developers, designers, and
founders. They want early adoption of their APIs and services.

Upskilling & Education (e.g., Coursera, local coding bootcamps): Target audience is students looking
to build careers. They want direct lead generation for advanced courses.

Fast-Moving Student Brands (e.g., Red Bull, local cafes, student gear): Target audience is energetic,
tech-forward youth. They want direct brand affinity and high product volume sales.
2. Sponsorship Tiers & Packages

We have structured four distinct sponsorship tiers with explicit deliverables to maximize value:

Platinum Sponsor (Title Partner) —Limit: 1

Financial Commitment: $1,200 (₹1,00,000 INR)

Deliverables:

Naming Rights: Event officially branded as IGNITE 2026, presented by [Sponsor Name] on all print,
digital, and media assets.

Opening Keynote: A dedicated 15-minute presentation slot on Day 1 to address the entire audience.

Deliverables:

backdrops, and participant certificates.

Jury Placement: One seat reserved on the final judging panel for the student startup pitch finals.

Dedicated Space: Standard booth on the Central Lawn to engage with students.

Silver Sponsor (Event Partner) — Limit: 3

Financial Commitment: $300 (₹25,000 INR)

Deliverables:

Standard Branding: Logo inclusion in the partners section of all print and digital marketing
collaterals.

Material Distribution: Distribution of corporate brochures, custom discount cards, or branded swag
inside the student registration kits.

In-Kind / Venue Partners (Beverage, Print, & Cloud)


Commitment: Provide products directly (e.g., 500 cans of energy drinks, free digital printing for
summit banners, or $1,000 worth of cloud credits for contestants).

Deliverables: Recognized as official "Product Partners" on social media and mentioned in


opening/closing announcements.
